Our History
Thierry, the owner and heart & soul of La Parisienne grew up in the charming town of Beaune, France - where his passion for baking was ignited from a young age. After gaining experience in various baking roles as a young adult, Thierry knew he felt a calling for something greater. This led him to the UK, where he and his family decided to embark on a new adventure.

Founded in 1993, La Parisienne has been a staple in the community for over 30 years. Our bakery has grown from a small startup to a large wholesale operation, providing service to a variety of supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants and more in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
